Hey! What is Skin Salve?
Our Skin Salve is a handmade, all-natural balm created to soothe dry skin, eczema, psoriasis, insect bites, and minor skin irritations like scrapes, small wounds, burns and more. It's made in small batches using organic oils, cocoa butter, and beeswax for deep, lasting moisture.

Is this safe for sensitive skin or children?
Yes! We originally created this for someone with chronic skin irritation, so it’s packed with gentle, skin-loving ingredients. It’s great for little ones, too. As with any skincare product, we recommend doing a patch test first. Skin can be picky.

I'm allergic to nuts, can I use your salve?
Our Skin Salve contains Sweet Almond Oil, which is a nut-derived ingredient. If you have nut allergies, we recommend doing a patch test first or consulting your healthcare provider before use. Your safety is our priority!

Can I use it on my face… and everywhere else?
Absolutely. Our Skin Salve is multipurpose and safe for use on your face, lips, hands, elbows, feet... pretty much anywhere your skin needs a little TLC.  Just don’t eat it, even if it smells like chocolate.

What's in the salve?
Our Skin Salve is crafted with premium organic ingredients:

  • Sweet Almond Oil: Softens skin and helps improve tone and texture.
  • Olive Oil: Rich in antioxidants; deeply moisturizes and supports skin elasticity.
  • Calendula Oil: Calms sensitive skin with anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Chamomile Oil: Soothes redness and irritation in delicate skin.
  • Coconut Oil: Offers antibacterial and nourishing benefits.
  • Unrefined Cocoa Butter: Locks in moisture and smooths skin.
  • Beeswax: Shields and retains hydration while protecting the skin barrier.

Is your salve FDA approved?
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always perform a patch test before use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. For external use only.

How should I use the salve?
Scoop out a small amount, rub it between your hands and massage it into clean, dry skin until fully absorbed. For extra hydration, apply to slightly damp skin. Use as often as needed.

How long does it last?
It depends on how much you love it! But typically, a little goes a long way. Most customers reorder within a month. That's how much they love it! Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and it’ll be happy for up to 12 months.

What does it smell like?
No added fragrance here! What you’re smelling is the natural goodness of unrefined cocoa butter. Sweet, soft, and chocolatey. 


ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed in 3-5 business days, then shipped via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipping.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, U.S. orders over $100 ship free! The discount code is automatically applied at checkout. Please note, free shipping cannot be combined with holiday promotions or other discount codes.

Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes, we welcome bulk orders! Please contact us at hello@syesationalbodycare.com or through our Contact page for custom quotes and more information.


DISCOUNTS & PROMOS

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code at checkout in the “Discount code” box, then click “Apply.” Your total will update with the discount before you complete your purchase.

Can I combine discount codes?
Nope! Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes also can’t be combined with automatic discounts like free shipping.

Why isn't my discount code working?
Double-check for typos, expiration dates, or eligibility. Some codes are for first-time customers only, require a minimum purchase, or are limited to one use per customer.

What discounts do you currently offer?

RETURNS & ISSUES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because we make everything in small batches with love (and super fresh ingredients), all sales are final. But we’re not monsters; if something’s wrong, reach out and we’ll make it right. 

My jar arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us at hello@syesationalbodycare.com with a photo or video within 5 days and we’ll send a replacement.

What if my package says "delivered" but I didn’t get it?
Please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 with your tracking number. Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered.”
